BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your guide to a
digital commission.
A clear brief makes a better digital model. Here is how we define the work together.
1. Share the references and intended use
Provide front, side, and back views where possible, close-ups, target dimensions, and your preferred file format. For print preparation, include the printer or process and material if known.
2. Agree the quote and scope
Your submission is a request for a quote. Before work begins, we agree the modeling approach, deliverables, price, payment arrangements, and timing in writing. No payment is collected by this website.
3. Define revisions and changes
The quote sets out the included revision rounds and review stages. New references, a changed design, or extra deliverables may affect cost and timing; these changes are discussed before additional work. Cancellation arrangements and permitted use of the final files are also agreed in the commission terms.
4. Review the digital model
AI assistance is optional. Every final model is inspected by the artist. Reference quality and hidden areas affect the achievable accuracy, and additional views may be needed.
5. Receive the agreed files
Download final files securely from My projects. Print-prepared STL or 3MF files are reviewed against the agreed dimensions and process. Physical 3D printing is coming soon; print production and shipping are not currently available.
